ADUNA Week 2 - Gambian Culture Research: Music

These are some influences I have recently looked at in releation to the ADUNA Baobab Fruit project. In order to promote the project, I felt I must first research the culture, sounds and essence of where the product originates from.

From watching multiple videos of people performing music in the streets of Gambia, I noticed that the majority of instruments consisted of drums, strings and xylophone type instruments. Also the dancing techniques are unusual but could become useful for future inspiration to ym project when thinking about what to animate.
